Founded in 1984 by firm principal Richard Behr, Richard Henry Behr Architect P.C. (RHBPC) with offices in Scarsdale, New York, and Shelburne, Vermont, is an experienced master planning, educational, commercial, and residential development firm.

The firm has designed a broad range of mixed-use projects
ranging from high-end private single-family homes to large-scale multi-family and commercial developments. This broad range of project type allows us to maintain a unique focus on broad master planning and approval issues, as well as very specific architectural design and planning issues.

The firm has over 30 years of experience in residential, commercial, and educational design and planning, and has developed a reputation for being able to plan and obtain approvals for all types of environmentally challenging sites.
