About

I am a fitness trainer for nine years. I soon realized that there is a deeper side to training people with appropriate equipment and accessories. Many people are overly proud of their material accumulations. At the least, they think that they are achievers because they have a big house, a fancy car, a pool, and a jet. But, that may not give the real picture. They may have lifestyle diseases like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, or high blood pressure even in their 40s. They set up very high monetary goals for themselves but never had a fitness goal or even a fitness tracking device. They are slow to start the gym routine. They come to the gym only when the doctor told them that it is now or never. They don't have their heart in putting all the hard work that doesn't pay them up. Such people are a real challenge to the gym trainers. Obese people want to get in shape as soon as possible with less and less effort. Only a machine can do such a job.
