I am a Human Resource Manager. I worked online for some years until I got a job at a travel company. I enjoyed the work there. While there, one of my colleagues asked if I would be interested in sharing his accommodation with him. He lived in a big house and was looking for a roommate. However, I was satisfied with my place. I did not want to move in with him. I told him that my apartment was perfect, so I did not want to make a change.
Then my colleague said he could not find a roommate and would sell his home and move to a smaller apartment. He began to plan for the sale. We all helped him to prepare the house well. We helped him to paint the place and make it attractive. He put out signboards and advertisements in the newspapers. However, he did not have much luck. A few people came to look at the house but did not show any interest in buying it. We began to look for a real estate agent to help. He needed someone who could beat foreclosures.
