Chaya is a self taught Photographer and mixed media artist living in Ithaca NY. Nature has been a primary source for her images, being drawn in by the many colors and textures. Whether photographing nature, people, she fills her frame with both nuance and simplicity. More recently, she has been working with her partner with The CITTI Project. The CITTI Project is a non-profit devoted to bringing assistive and adaptive techniques to the developing world for use in daily living aids and educational needs in working with children and adults with physical disabilities.
