When I consider about leadership, I feel about satellites. At any given time a satellite can be flying over us. Some that are camera capable can get beautiful pictures of complete continents at evening and demonstrate the lights of the city. At other occasions people very same cameras can zoom in to capture incredible detail... often scary amounts of detail.
So why do I believe about satellites and leadership? As a leader, you need to be in a position to zoom in and have a 10 foot see with your men and women.
