A Wisconsin native, Jeff has appeared in various stage productions in Iowa and Los Angeles – "The Glass Menagerie" (Best Actor – OVATION), as well as "17 Days", "Starmites", "A Chorus Line", "Fools for Love(2x)", "Jack and Jill", "HAIR" and "Blood Brothers(3x)". He’s also appeared in the films Silent Killer, The Last Breath, Tumbleweeds and music videos for Robbie Williams and Cypress Hill.

As a playwright, Jeff’s plays have taken him to Ireland, Manhattan, Seattle, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Greendale WI, Dayton, Sydney, Australia, Bel Air, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. The short film, PASS THE SALT, PLEASE, adapted from Jeff's award-winning, 10-minute play, stars Academy Award nominee Seymour Cassel and Emmy-winner Fionnula Flannagan. Jury Prize winner in Palm Springs and screened at 13 festivals around the world.
