Louis C. Vangieri, M.S., is a committed college educator and counselor who began his work in higher education in 1982. During his career he has taught and created a series of collegiate student success courses including, Mastering the College Life Experience, Career Development, Adult Student Learner Success Strategies*, Developing Your Peer Helping Skills* and On Track* (a course geared to “at risk” high school students). * Note: these three courses were created by Mr. Vangieri. In addition, he has taught Human Service undergraduate courses and graduate level courses as part of a Masters in Education and Counseling program including courses such as, Career Information Services, Principles and Practices of Guidance and two graduate courses he created entitled Ethical Issues for School Counselors and Effective Mentoring in a k-12 School Setting. Mr. Vangieri has also designed, developed and managed a college level peer counseling and student assistance program.
