About the Book
Coyote, long thought to be a mythical being has come out of the shadows and written a gripping tale of his lives in outer space, nature and humanity. Drawn out of obscurity by his long time mysterious companion, Raven, he hopes these tales will come to benefit readers everywhere. "Tired of Eternity" challenges our ideas of time, existence, the nature of love and the size of the universe. Divided into chapters that alternate between a short narrative structure and complex formulas and proofs that cover some of physics most complex problems, Coyote has mastered the art of the oblique and challenging description of a live not tethered by time or place. Seemingly gripping, strange and impossible. Nick Stone in the Forward writes, "I underlined several passages from Tired of Eternity in preparation for an upcoming author interview scheduled for me by my friend and colleague Lewis deSoto, who had originally sent me the manuscript.
I went to sleep that night and dreamed of the interview. In my dream, the author was veiled or hidden somehow, impossible to see or hear clearly, and Lewis spoke (or translated) his words to me. The next day I opened the book and received a shock that I am almost embarrassed to relate: most of the pages had gone blank. Speciically, the latter portion of the printing had completely disappeared. The pages that once held passages I had underlined retained only my own uneven pencil lines. I can’t explain this; Lewis and everyone else I questioned have assured me that no disappearing ink or other shenanigans were involved. But I was also told by others who received the book – but wished to remain anonymous for fear of seeming unhinged – that they had experienced the same phenomenon."
