About the Book
Skitsophrenia is a compilation of several types of comedy skits. There are murder mysteries, TV show parodies, skits based on holidays, parodies of children's classics and a couple of skits not related to those other types. There is a monologue that can be broken into more parts, if desired. Some of them take something from the past and infuse them into modern society. Cast size varies from 1 to 7. They range in length from four to twenty minutes. A few skits were performed with a singing group with songs interspersed into the skit at appropriate times. There are a lot of ways to perform these skits and that's certainly at the director's discretion. It is hoped that you'll enjoy them, whether you perform them or just read them.
