About the Book
Two minutes is all you need to begin to gain insight into the difference between the R & L modes of our brain hemispheres by intentionally shifting to the R mode. Book 38 introduces a hands on approach to learning a collection of two minute exercises where you can experience the self awareness to: ONE, switch your brain processing at will & SECOND, that you can learn to recognize the different brain processing modes. Our different brain modes influence our world view or paradigm and in turn our expectations. Even though paradigms reflect the way we see the world and the beliefs we derive from our interpretation, we can learn to entrain our brain to witness our brain switching between different modes. As we do this we become ever more aware that we can train our brain to become more balanced.
