About the Book
Get The Easton Look is a visual archive of Easton's aesthetic ephemera - particularly guerrilla recycling and site-specific community art installations using objet trouvé. It has been sparking debate and confusion since approximately 2014, and this retrospective features some of the most important early pieces by a range of anonymous local artists, along with critical responses to their work. It features extensive original photography from the author’s private collection, with a strong emphasis on ceramics, white goods and mattresses.
