About the Book
Back in 2011, I received a text message on my phone with a photo from my girlfriend. The message said, “Which one?” The photo showed a group of new born puppies. My reply was, “the one on the left.” The little runt of the pups was also my girlfriend’s choice. And so it began. Schroeder is so funny. Just the way he looks at me sometimes makes me laugh. He loves to run. Schroeder is one of the fastest dogs I have ever seen. He loves to play and talk to you. He’ll let you know when he wants or needs something. He’s a bit spoiled though, but that’s okay because he appreciates it. He is absolutely the smartest dog I have ever known. Amongst his many talents, Schroeder plays the piano. He even plays on his own when he is by himself at home. In August of 2016, Schroeder became a member of the American Kennel Club after completing his training and passing the test to earn him the title as a Canine Good Citizen. The American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen program is recognized as the gold standard for dog behavior in the United States. Schroeder’s a remarkable dog in every way. He’s that once in a lifetime dog. In one word to sum him up – “Personality.”
