Frank Lazzaro is the former White House "Freelance" Florist Decorator during the Ford, Carter and Reagan Administrations, and played an important part in making the White House a beautiful place to visit in those years. At 25 years of age, he was selected by The White House to decorate for the Christmas season of 1974. He remained there for the next 12 years as a freelance floral decorator serving three Presidential Administrations. For over 40 years his credentials on The White House made him an expertise in his field. His mission today is to share with audiences his experiences and present a photograph tour of The White House and his memoirs of the many wonderful years of working in the President's House.
