About the Creator
Jolene Rochford

Hello! My name is Jolene Rochford, and I am a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Author, and Artist. I branched out to Writing and Illustrating children's books while sitting at my son's bedside in the Sick Kids Hospital, at Toronto, Canada. My child's strength and bravery inspired me to tell his story through his eyes and to thank those who helped our family through such a tough time. My first book Dear Superhero, was written originally as a gift for my son's anonymous liver donor and to thank them for saving his life. Seeing the way the Doctors and nursing staff reacted to my books, I decided that they may able to touch other families and hearts as well, and am very pleased to share them with you!
