This book is to make people aware of mental illness, its more of a diary of thoughts through the eyes of a mental patient.
This book was an art project, which was very personal to me.
Mental illness and depression is one of the worst illnesses, my mum suffers from it and its very difficult to get through so art is my way of expressing myself so why not do it in a book?
