About the Book
A Note about This Book: 44 years ago, in 1972, a father built a house in the woods where he lived with his two sons, who were 10 years old and 6. One day he made up this story to amuse them. It was a story about a very bad boy who was greedy and selfish and didn’t tell the truth. The story was called "The Little Fat Boy" and it always made the children laugh.
Six years later a children’s book illustrator came to live with him (she was fond of bad boys as many women are) and she drew pictures to go with the story. Everybody laughed at the story and they liked the pictures, but no one would publish the book because the Little Fat Boy was greedy and selfish and a liar, and he should have come to no good end but he didn’t.
The man and woman got married and lived as happily ever after as married people can hope to do and" The Little Fat Boy" languished in a file cabinet drawer.
Then one day the children’s book illustrator was walking in the woods (where they still lived though the children were long grown and gone, with children of their own). She was thinking about the current political situation
and the current presidential candidates when it struck her that “the little fat boy” had grown up and was running for president.
“This may be a book whose time has come,” she thought to herself.
And here it is.
A book that, in my opinion, the publisher, now describes the President of the United States, Donald Trump.

Between publishing books, my husband and I love to travel; and via the internet, we try to keep up with our business from wherever we are. Loving photography and having a life full of so many wonderful friends and family members, we take literally thousands of pictures a year. Loving to work with the blurb software, making books is my new thing. They take up so little room in comparison to the big cumbersome photo albums I have made over the years. I am hooked!
