About the Book
This collection of images was made in less than an hour in the Plunkett Road area of Dandenong, Victoria during my third visit to Australia in 2014.
On previous visits to that part of Australia I had travelled through Dandenong either by car or on the train and often thought that the area had photographic potential. One late afternoon in February 2014 I had to return a rental car and wait for a lift back to where I was staying. I took the opportunity to wander the grid of streets at the rear of Plunkett Road and made these images.
