About the Book
This book is made up of photographs made at the Morro Bay Harbor festival in October 2013.There is a children's amusement ride called "Bubble Fun" in which kids are zipped into inflated large plastic balls and spun around in a shallow pool of water by attendants, often several together at a time.
I used a Hasselblad camera with 120 Tri-X film which was later scanned and put into my I Photo application where I could colorize and vignette the images to give them a feeling of translucent larval eggs with creatures inside struggling to emerge.

About the Creator
I am a photographer who enjoys making small surreal books of fantasy narrative. For the last few years I have rediscovered 'documentary' photography and no longer see the difference between that approach and "staged 'manipulated imagery as both are projections of the artist's awareness and imagination.
