About the Book
Spanning the years 2005/2006 the photographer interviewed and photographed one hundred men living on the street of Baltimore, Maryland. The goals were to explore the reasons behind homelessness, to portray the men living on the streets with dignity and respect, to, in effect, pierce the social and cultural stigma attached to homelessness.

About the Creator

My projects are born of curiosity, an attribute I attempt to cultivate regularly. I live in the Northeast, but hold a world view. I believe only in the capacity to pursue, not to satisfy. It is an approach to existence that requires constant attention--and it is an approach fueled by writing and photography. (As well as dog-walking, cooking, adventure, travel, reading, dish washing, and brushing my teeth. In other words, everything.) Thank you for your interest in my work and may your own pursuits find you curious like a child.
