About the Book
By my mother Janet McCullough:
It is normal to experience negative thoughts with their accompanying feelings, but when they become excessive, persistent and worrisome, they can indeed become overwhelming and frightening, producing a state of escalating anxiety.
Children with their imaginative minds need to have a safe avenue to vent their thoughts and feelings so they don't become exaggerated and distorted.
It is the desire of the author's heart that this book may assist in helping to provide a format for parents to open up a conversation of free expression with their children so that "pesky thoughts" and "stinger feelings" will not control their lives.
