I received my fine art degree at the University of NH and worked as a graphic designer for a number of years while I continued to study and explore painting. I have received awards for my mixed media work and have been chosen to represent one of the top ranking Fine Art and Design Shows in the New York Metropolitan area. My work is collected internationally. My desire is to translate my own interpretation of the subject’s inner person by creating drama and mood with color, texture and facial expression. My paintings have been described as having "...a beautiful handling and mix of sentiment, artistic license, a light touch, and creativity."
