Rosa Muñoz has been cooking for her family for over 25 years. Through her cooking she has been able to raise a very healthy family. She contributes this health to the homemade meals prepared daily. Cooking became her way of life and brought much satisfaction. As a young mother, she learned the value and importance of providing nutritious meals for her children. She decided then, to create her own meals to meet the needs of her family. She has watched her sons and daughter grow up to be healthy adults. Cooking every day was not always convenient, but it was all worth it.
