About the Book
I believe it’s important to look into a scene rather than at it, to absorb it and to capture its essence and feeling, looking for creative and inventive ways to record it; although there is always a place for ‘picture postcard’ shots in any album. This book is a album of recent images taken in the United Kingdom and further afield in the world.
I hope you enjoy looking through my book.

About the Creator
Lachlan Fraser
Somerset, England
I’m an enthusiastic photographer living in a hillside village overlooking the Blackmore Vale on the borders of Somerset and Dorset. I take digital photographs with an interest in landscape, natural history and environmental portraiture. I enjoy the adventure of travel, which began in my early career serving in the British Army, and which has taken me to many corners of the world, as some of the photographs in my book illustrate.
