About the Book
This is the first in a series of fine art books looking at the incredible diversity nature possess. flora is part of an ongoing project where I've been studying and photographing the patterns, colors, and shapes that nature creates. flora contains l fine art images of tropical plants, leaves, and orchids. Jonathan Hale
new york, ny
I began my photo career in Chicago after college in the early 90's after a few years and a stop over in Greece I made my way back to New York where I grew up. My main focus was on fashion and beauty, now I shoot a combination of subjects for commercial, editorial, and art just to make me happy. It's actually my art that I'm taking more seriously now than anything else. I will be publishing a series of books in the near future so if you like my work check back once in a while for new releases. You may see some of my work at www.jonathanhale.com
