About the Book
This book features photos of trucks taken in Colorado in the 1960s. A few photos were taken in Utah, but the majority were taken in Colorado. This photo album features a wide variety of trucks, and ends with a short photo essay on Midwest Coast Transport and Little Audrey’s Transportation. This book is a tribute to black and white photography. Many thanks to Neil Sherff for his efforts at photographing trucks over the years, without photos like these we would not have any history of trucking.

My husband, Dave drove truck in the U.S. for 40 years with over 3-million safe miles. He started taking photos of trucks as a young boy in the 1950s, inspired by his mother who took photos of his dad's trucks beginning in the late 1940s. He passed away in 2019. His wife survives.
