The Virginia Beach Neptune Festival is one of the biggest festivals in the Virginia Beach area. The festival is made up of many events including: Art and Wine Festivals, Golf and Tennis Tournaments, Arts and craft shows, The North American Sandsculpting Championship, Grand Parade, Surf Classic, 5K and 8K Runs, Sandman Triathlon, Youth Day, NAS Oceana Air Show, Neptune's Atlantic Regatta and of course Fireworks !



The photos in this book were taken on September 25, 2010 during the Boardwalk Weekend. The day started with Neptune's 5K/8K/Mile runs, followed by the Grand Parade and ended with the North American Sand Sculptures.
