About the Creator
Dave Norman is a writer and photojournalist who divides his time between Portland, Maine, and Columbia, Illinois. An authority on paintball, he is the author of “501 Paintball Tips, Tricks, and Tactics,” and has covered the sport in seven countries. His mainstream work involves photo-historic projects by commission, commercial photography, ad copy writing, and a mixture of humor, history, travel, and op-ed writing. “A Small Town Celebration” is his latest book of photography. Forthcoming works include “Following Josh,” the saga of two men rediscovering their friendship on the Trans Siberian Railroad, set amid the social and political history of the Far East; “White River Junctions,” the story of a small Vermont town built and destroyed by two successive transportation revolutions; and an as yet untitled essay collection.
