About the Book
Welcome to the Goddessarts Magazine issue 16!
The Goddessarts Magazine is a contemporary, international, and artist-run art magazine based in Germany. Moreover, we are an embracing art community that values diversity and shares unique stories of creatives.
In our issue 16 we feature a diverse array of contemporary artists from all over the world, and we are excited to showcase many fantastic artists who took part in our exhibition “Dark and Gloomy” and “Mythologies”.
With every issue, you not only get a beautiful magazine full of inspiring art and empowering stories, but you also support humanitarian projects that we contribute to. With this issue, we chose to support Girls Not Brides, an organization dedicated to ending child marriage and empowering girls around the globe. You can find more info about our commitment and projects we supported in the past on our website.
More highlights of this issue:
- Yooyeon Nam who explores the disconnectedness in our own communities
- The stunning fantasy-like worlds by the artist Carl Yonder
- Crystal Tranquilino and her exceptional “liquid” oil paintings
- Tero Porthan who brings Finnish mythology to life
- The abstract artworks by Datz who explores chaos and harmony
- The award-winning architect Yinzhu Yao and her visionary architectural projects
- Xuesheng Ma who expresses the surreal phenomenon of spaces by addressing our existence and passing
