About the Book
This work, Yechiam Gal Requiem, is inspired by my adoration for Amadeus Mozart’s Requiem in D Minor. I have been listening to the Requiem for a very long time. I love the composition, and I can say that I’ve been influenced by it to create this project. I tried to base my work on the structure of the composition. When it comes to the lyrics, I gave myself the freedom to be creative, although the sanctity of it serves as the foundation for the project; coming from an atheist, that is saying a lot.
