About the Book
The concept for this book began in January, 2020. And ended a few months later with the onset of Covid-19. I had high hopes for the year. New energy. New ideas.A new resolution to create more work. Instead, I found myself in lockdown. In quarantine.
In isolation. In dire need to photograph something.
A new year began and I embraced the notion to start over from where I left off. This was my chance to make up for lost time. To look deeper inside. With eyes wide open. The 20|21 book allowed me to record the progression of images. My photo journal. Pages of images. Calendar dates. Locations. And sometimes, titles. Mostly I wanted to remember what I saw throughout the bad and good times. In black and white. And near the end of the year, in color. Abstract. Graphic.
