Inspired by the 21 Day meditation titled 'Hope In Uncertain Times' presented by Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey, this is a book of mixed media drawings by Michael Torquato deNicola. These works began on day 1 of the Civid-19 Lock-down in March of 2020 and were concluded on October 10 which is World Mental Health Day.
