Marian is a retired product management and development professional who now spends most of her time traveling the world taking photographs. She has won international photographic competitions, including 3 best-in-the-world nature print awards in the Kodak International Salon. She has also won an award in the global 2019 Raptors at Risk contest and the Ocean Conservancy global 2016 contest. Six of her images have been published in Ocean Conservancy calendars between 2018 and 2021. Her images have also been published in National Wildlife magazine, National Wildlife Calendar, National Gardening magazine, Florida Wildlife magazine, the US Mensa magazine and on the World Wildlife Fund web site. In addition, she has won numerous awards in local and state level competitions. She has exhibited in numerous juried art shows and galleries. She has now also published four photography “coffee table” books. When home, she gives presentations to community groups.
