About the Creator
Rainer Steußloff wurde 1957 im Helmstedt geboren und verbrachte seine Kindheit im Emsland und Bonn. Schon früh faszinierte ihn die Fotografie und zum Kauf der ersten Filme für seiner Kodak Instamatic sparte er das ganze Taschengeld. 1985 gründete er in Bonn seiner erste Fotoagentur. Seit Zeit reiste er vielfach durch Asien und die GUS Staaten. Es entstanden Reportagen für den Spiegel, die Zeit, News Week, Fokus, New York Times, Capital und Wirtschaftswoche und viele andere große deutsche und internationale Magazine. Rainer Steussloff was born in 1957 in Helmstedt, Germany, and spent his childhood in the Emsland region and the former german Capital Bonn. Early on he was fascinated by photography and saved all his pocket money to buy the first films for his Kodak Instamatic. In 1985 he founded his first photo agency. He produced reports for Der Spiegel, Die Zeit, News Week, Fokus, New York Times, Capital and Wirtschaftswoche and many other major German and international magazines.
