About the Book
Something Like Bones examines the cyclical nature of grief, the brutality of a wanting mind, and the terror and eventual necessity of letting go. Hannah Donovan digs up the roots of heartbreak, exposing the miles of entanglements that run deeper than we realize. She sits in the mess and writes from that place, attempting to find beauty and levity in the deepest parts of despair.
