About the Book
I have been home in isolation almost full time since the pandemic began five months ago. For the past ten years I was immersed in street photography, shooting almost every day. My images were candid shots of people on the street.
Alone in my apartment, suffering from acute itchy shooting finger, I searched for what I could photograph. I looked out my windows, I read photography books, and I began shooting self-portraits. But I quickly became bored with myself as the only subject, so I added to the cast.
All of the pictures in this book were made during the COVID pandemic except for one, a 2012 image that was the precursor to this project.
