About the Creator
Nima Taradji's work documents a particular curiosity toward people, famous or not. His photography is timeless and not confined only to the trends of the day. The range of humanity contained in each person is what each shot explores. At times, it is the unexpected, the unseen and that which goes on within the subject's psyche; that becomes the aim and the main subject of a picture. In his photographs, Taradji attempts to get to the individual character of a subject and capture it for all to see. "For me, a photograph is at its crest when it leaves more to the imagination"; says Taradji, "and it leaves the viewer wondering." From streets scenes where time, motion and the Moment are frozen into a poignant reality to portraits, nudes and editorial photography carefully and meticulously set up in his studio, Nima has developed and showcased a discriminating and unique style in his profession.
