About the Creator
Originally from the UK, Sue Pownall is an artist travelling extensively for work and inspiration, and is currently based in Qatar. Furthermore, she often brings colour to her art through watercolour washes as she strives to convey to the viewer the feeling that attracted her to the subject. In December 2010, she participated in her first group show in Muscat hanging 3 drawings of Sudan. Oman & Africa: Artist’s Stories. From January 2011, she has been a featured artist at art-is-fun.com and is currently taking part in an online blog exhibition. In April, she is participating in the Trans-Siberian Arts Centre.
