Born in Detroit Michigan in the year of the finest Chevrolet, 1957, Calder's upbringing was one of extraordinary paradoxes. The son of a Gangster and a loving Mother, a Catholic school altar boy, a young budding filmmaker and life-long artist. An accomplished designer and inventor, Mr. Calder's spent decades in Silicon Valley, as a proven leader of bright, disruptive & creative team of engineers and designers to develop cutting edge products. Mr. Calder has designed countless hardware, software consumer and commercial products for over 40 years.
