About the Book
This is a photographic study of Steve Prefontaine from his first track & field National Championship in 1969 through 1975, just prior to his tragic death. Steve was known for his front running style. Pre's legacy lives and grows everyday through two major movies, books, writings, and the annual IAAF Diamond League track meet in his name, the Prefontaine Classic.
