The "Raven's Torch" is a story about the Aurora Borealis told through photographs, myths and legends. All the photos were taken during the winter of 2014 in Coldfoot, Alaska. Coldfoot is located above the Arctic Circle, in Alaska's Brooks range, it is famous as the world's farthest north truck stop and has been featured on the popular show "Ice Road Truckers". I've lived in Coldfoot on and off for the past 5 years, these are the sights I've seen and the stories I've gathered.
